There are times that the schedule and the deadlines are so intense that you simply can NOT take time away to do something for yourself. And, your boss, is a tough cookie! She won’t let you go without a fight, will she?

But, there is another part of you that KNOWS, deeply, that you have other needs to fulfill. That if you could just take a little time away to dedicate to your physical self, to your fitness, to your flexibility, that you would be more creative, more productive, more energetic and have less stress in the process of building your dreams.

Our bodies are the machines that get us from point A to Point B.

Hi I’m Patty Rose and I know how you feel! I can help. Here’s why: I’ve been teaching dance, fitness and personal training for 25 years. When I decided to expand my business to have an online internet component, I went to work with great excitement. I got busy learning, growing, researching, building, basically spending countless hours on my laptop. I also watched my body begin to change! I was teaching less classes than I had over my entire career and the “built-in” by product of fitness, was no longer in my work contract. I became like everyone else. I had to find a way to stay fit, I had to push my self to step away from the computer and do something else. What I found was that I would do little things throughout each and every day to keep myself moving and it made me FEEL better! I want to help you! I want to share with you what I have learned on my journey and that.
